You can see how important precise route running and reading the defense by the receivers is for this offense to run properly. Also reading the defense, checking down or throwing a timed route on the receiver break, by the QB. It would be impossible to install and run this offense at a high level in the first year with players who are unfamiliar with it IMO.

Not a easy offense. It will be exciting to see the Skins execute the WCO. But this is going to definatly require patience
