Re: Looking for Advice from Season Ticket Holders
Quote:
Yes it sounds about right. Here is what they told me. "Buy tickets in premium seating and have the option to move down in three years. Or buy the cheap seats and move down within 15 years." Here is what I decided. Given the current state of the economy and the fact that 1 premium seat goes for over 3 grand per season I decided to just take the nosebleeds... hey, I am still at the game. I have a bunch of guys that I tailgate with before the game anyway (It's part of the experience). I figure that by the time I am making even more bank, I can always upgrade to the premium seats then move down after three seasons if I want to. For right now I have my tickets and if it takes me 15 years to move down then I am happy. I, as opposed to you am not afraid of heights. FYI, the best seat in the house is at home in front of your own TV, but the experience of the game atmosphere is a completely different factor. I would say go at least once for the experience. If you decide that the height is too much for you, then sell your tickets to some other skins fans until you move down into the LL bowl. You will not make your money back, but if you think of it as a long term investment to get the seats that you actually want after years of patience, it will not be a disapointment. If I am never able to comfortably afford the premium seats, then this is the route that I am taking. I hope this has helped you. |
