The notion that the Skins would trade for this guy is completely retarded.
I doubt the skins would even go after him if he was a free agent.

I just saw a guy that looked like cutler with a funny hat wearing a redskins jersey at Walmart!!

The number said 8 and he was wearing size 10 shoes!!

That means the Skins just signed him to an 8 year deal for 10 mil a year!!
