I would say he does, he went to Berkeley right accross the bay from SF, a 5-10 minute drive.

He does? Really? Alex Mack would give up anything to have you?

I don't know the lingo either. Bromance, man-crush... something like that. I think he and 53fan have built shrines in Mack's honor. Maybe even gotten a hold of a lock of hair or used mouthpiece.

I thought maybe we had something...but I guess I'll just go running back to GMScud. He understands me. It's a Bethesda thing. If you've never been to Bethesda, don't even come to Bethesda, 'cause you wouldn't understand Bethesda.

Don't forget CantonLegend, he's also a fan.

I grew up in Rockville and spent lots of time in Bethesda, so I do understand Bethesda. You got to do better than that.

In response to not following conventional wisdom when it comes to building football teams (i.e. draft vs. aggressive free agency), he said that the criticism is because they're not winning with this strategy. Interesting though, because I didn't get the impression that he was changing anything in that regard.

I didn't hear this in the interview, but I'll bet they believe their pass rush has been repaired with the addition of Haynesworth.
I've said it so many times. I had a feeling the team was happy with the way the OL so long as they stay healthy. RT was probably an issue. I said I bet they think the DL is going to be much better simply by adding AH. My only concern is what happens if AH goes down with an injury? We were 4th ranked last yr and perhaps we can be 4th again if AH did go down. I think they feel AH has solved our rushing the passer issue simply by him taking on double teams leaving someone open.

I would be looking to also replace Center. Rabach is small. He got pushed around by Pitt and Balt. Perhaps I'm wrong but put a big nose tackle across from him and he's on his back. Pit seemed to use stunts and he was lost. He didn't know who to block.

I truly hope we can pick up some decent players who were not drafted. I still feel we need another WR cause I'm not so confident in Kelly anymore unless someone here can tell me that his digenerative knee disease is no big deal and he'll be 100 % come preseason. No one has mentioned anyone who is a current NFL player who has this problem and does well despite it. Also I have concerns with back up CB. We resigned Byron Westbrook. There have been other players that have come and started the whole while he sat on practice squad for 3 yrs. Is he really that good that we should keep him as a nickle. Heck Tryon made the field. Oh well.

Zorn: Thomas/Kelly/Davis-We gave up pleasant pleasures for future benefits with those three guys
There you have it, no OT in the draft probably lol

lol @ outstanding center, though some of the announcers were giving Rabach a lot of credit early on in the season, before we started hitting those tough 3-4s and the whole line started sucking too.. should stand out to our FO that their collapse was the start of us failing.. and maybe the reason for campbell's decline.. madden said rabach was playing pro bowl level at one game heh.. looks like you oher, smith, and mack guys can give it up

So you trade 1st round pick for a late 1st round-mid 2nd round talent?

What team do you GM for? I have a proposal for you.

Dude....just give it up, snyder said he loves rabach and he's one our youngest olinemen he gave no indication of wanting a center also he said he doesn't want to trade next years first.....we are NOT getting MACK

I saw a mock w/ the Vikes taking him at 23(?). Maybe it won't be that high but I have a strong suspicion he'll go before 32 just because there's gonna be a huge run on OL talent tomorrow...I mean we always say so but then it comes out and surprises everyone. I bet no less than 7 get drafted in the 1st round alone.
