I agree. Kelly is an NFL talent if his knee allows him to see the field. Orakpo is going to be fun to watch this year. My worry is that linebacker is a little too much to ask right now.

Yeah... Rak looked MUCH better rushing the passer than in coverage. Still not sold on why exactly they are starting him at LB.

The problem is an environment where the executive head of the team wears Notre Dame colors on gameday. He's not accountable. He's more interested in Notre Dame's success than he is in the Redskins. People pick up on that. We need this guy to be our GM:

I'll tell you what... Jarmon looking good now.

Rak, Dixon, Jarmon... I LIKE the way the future D-Line looks!

Now, if we could only say that about the O-Line!

Any chance we are drawing plays in the grass , I know it is pre-season , but it looks like we are running a ... " just get open " and I will throw it ?

Re: Redskins vs Ravens Gameday thread

I hate to be petty but who was it that said Doug Dutch may unseat Smoot. Seriously? The guy is getting toasted by third stringers and Baltimore is garbage at wideout right now. Also, Barnes has a little way to go too.

Jarmon was a great pick by Vinny. It is early but I think our first supplemental draft pick was a good move.

Not to be too much of a buzzkill but Vinny's best pick ever is no longer with us. We are on another planet defensively if he was still here.

Re: Redskins vs Ravens Gameday thread

Colt needs to, as Zorn would say, "stay medium" He looked to me like he's rushing a lot of plays. Certainly it's not all his fault but he needs to harness that energy of his....and get to the end of the bench, so Chase Daniel can take over!

Re: Redskins vs Ravens Gameday thread

agreed. This offense has looked horrible AGAIN.

I'm telling you... Zorn has yet to prove ANYTHING as a playmaker/playcaller.

So you think the gameplan was for him to scramble all over the place and make passes while getting hit? Am I the only one who sees a common theme here?

#40 Grant missed INTs on two consecutive plays!
