Matt Hasselbeck was picked in the draft in the 6th round like Brennan, was fairly average in the preseason, got to a team he had a better chance of starting with a familiar offense, then boom! he became a pro bowler. Now of course I'm not saying Brennan will be the next Matt Hasselbeck, but I am saying that if you give Brennan time to develope, and first stringers around him, he's got a shot to be a pretty damn good 6th round QB.

so if colt has been in our system for over a year and while playing against second and third string defenses in the preseason, was battling just to be a number THREE QB, how on earth can you think he could be injured, unable to practice, yetSTART for a new team running a system hes not familiar with against a starting defense during the regular season?
