Now if you just turn 1 TD throw that you have of Eli's into a pick 6 and you are getting closer to the actual score

Re: Redskins/Giants Opening Day Predictions

Losing Burress and Toomer changes the Giants offense dramatically. More important than the loss of Burress is the loss of Spags, he's a very good DC and the driving force behind their success in 2007.

The Giants lines are very good, however our DL is much improved with the addition of Haynesworth, a healthy Daniels, and Orakpo. We should hold up well against the Giants rushing attack. I don't believe they have enough firepower to beat us with their passing game. The Giants are outmatched by us at our secondary vs. their WR/TEs and by our WR/TEs vs. their secondary. The key is Campbell, I believe he will be more poised and confident in Zorn's system, and with a healthy OL up front he will perform.

Redskins 27 - Giants 16

EDIT: You heard it here second. Great minds think alike

6 in one hand, half a dozen in the other. One division rival will start the season 1-0 and another will start 0-1. That is enivitable. Does not matter to me which one.

But if I were using my wallet, I would go ahead and stick with the spread and take the over. Giants are favored by 6.5, I predict they cover that. Giants by 7.

And I just hope LaRon Landry learned his lesson from last years season opener when he tried to tackle Brandon Jacobs one on one in the open field.

Shameless self-promotion. It is what it is.

Well then it means that the Giants would not cover the spread, thats all. But if I were a betting man, I would say they will cover the spread.
