Re: The Collins Sighting

Zorn said Campbell was "a little late in hitting some things" and "inaccurate." Zorn did not make clear who his QB will be moving forward.

So we have to wait and see. Not that it matters,IMO neither will be here next yr. This was JC's chance to prove DS wrong, not entirely his fault but id say he didnt make a strong case for himself.

Re: The Collins Sighting

It doesn't matter who is the QB, until Dan "Sucker" realizes that an O-line is important you could put Brady back there and it still won't get any better. I mean if 5 o-linemen can't block a 3 man rush then your o-line sucks. You can't waste a draft pick on any QB trash out there. You need that for the next coach. Maybe sign Gracia, he knows the west coast, oh wait a minute we don't really run the west coast. The west coast scores points.
Just gut the team. Trade Portis for something next year and C. Rogers b/c if he's smart he won't resign with the skins. and any one else you can get some draft picks for. Fire Vinny hire a GM, maybe Casserly or Polian's kid from Indy. Then hire a coach, Grimm or someone from the Belichik tree. This is the worst it has been since the Skins lost 79-0 in the NFL championship to the Bears. Do you think Jack Kent Cooke left a curse when he died?

You're going on SIX points? The field goals came from one long pass to Moss and one hand off to Portis. My mom could've done that. And like Campbell, he choked in the red zone.

So your mom is as good as TC and better than JC also? jk.
It is what it is,JC was benched for reasons that Zorn later said and TC came in with little time with the starters and moved the ball. Yeah in the RZ they stalled but look at the plays they did, no wr's were getting any separation.

Re: The Collins Sighting

And maybe just maybe the long pass made the defense back off and actually play the pass allowing CP to break the big run.... just an idea.

Re: The Collins Sighting

I think if Todd Collins is the starter, then Dan Snyder should wear a polo, get on the sidelines, and call plays.

Why go halfway to inept hilarity, and call it quits?

Why in the F**k would Greg Williams come back to organization that kicked him to the curb?

Let’s get real hear TC must benefit from a weeks practice with the starters and JC has had his chance. I doubt either will start next season but we can’t keep going on with JC, we seem to be getting worse, not better and we have to change something.
This is true; new system for Collins after being on the bench for so many years in a single system. At least you KNEW Collins was a backup.

Even if Campbell isn't here, weren't Kelly, Davis, and Thomas drafted with the WCO in mind?
Do you really believe that we only took Kelly, Davis, and Thomas because we thought that they'd be good in the WCO, or that it was even a significant thought in that draft process?

on the 980 postgame show (they interview him before presser, the presser I haven't watched yet) he said that he'd likely start JC next week, but there are things to look at/decide, but likely JC

Look for major trades and FA signing's this off-season. They'll end up having to blow up this team cause I doubt anyone wants to stay on this sinking ship.
Please no not the FA signings again. Dont we see that doesn't build a championship team. We need to build through the draft. Oh I guess than you need scouts that can evaluate talent. So lets just go out and over pay for some other teams FA that wants a big payday.
