If Gibbs can basically become President Emeritus and be given the opportunity to hire our next GM it HAS TO BE BETTER than DS hiring the guy. Despite his unending efforts deserving of praise and willingness to spend money DS just doesn't make good football decisions. At least he hasn't. Gibbs on the other hand, does. In fact his greatest strength actually might be identifying quality football people.
