Tom Ward here Chris (Vermeil Wines GM), great meeting you last night and incredible job by everyone, BLACKSALT is clearly on my "short list" for top restaurants. Glad you enoyed the wines! Coach Vermeil obviously has same passion for wine that he had for football...came by it naturally growing up in Napa Valley.
