Actually, I think any smart GM would love to work for Snyder.. ONLY IF Snyder learns his lessons and agree to surrender all authorities to GM or president office.. Snyder is willing to do ANYTHING to get Redskins, this includes shelling out millions of dollars.. Any GM would love that..

Snyder gave all the power to Vinny over the last 2 years. That is why hopefully he will be on the way out at the end of the season. Once this happens most gm's will be salivating to be here.
