I'm a big fan of the Disney experience (I spent a week of my honeymoon there) and Magic Kingdom is the way to go. 18 months is a little younger than I would take my kids, but she'll enjoy herself. Your kid might like Animal Kingdom also. Epcot is as dull as a hot crayon, and MGM is a little too cerebral for kids.
