No one's saying that we draft a C in the first round. Kiper is painting a scenario in which the 'Skins will trade down from #9 overall for possibly a late first rounder and a 2nd or 3rd rounder. And quite possibly that would allow us to draft one of the four WRs mentioned above in the first round and Baas in the second.
