Colt? Brennan or McCoy, neither of them have a legit shot at starting in the NFL. And Grossman got Carried to that SB, His numbers are bad at best. JC has never been a franchise QB, thats y we will more than likely draft 14 Or 7 in this years draft.

Hey I'm not making a case for Colt or Rex...
Just saying Campbell sounds like a man with a first round tender who fears his starting days in the NFL are numbered.

Meh... sounds like a guy who was stopped in the hall at Redskins Park and asked a few questions.

His job being on the line is nothing new.

So you're saying he can be cool and take all of it in stride?
Isn't this the same guy who a year ago multiple NFL sources said would demand a trade if the Redskins drafted Mark Sanchez??

Hey I think he should be our starting QB this year, and yeah probably reading into his statement too much... but it's that time of the year. I'm bored.

Well he said he was fine with Rex signing and he's not concerned with the team possibly drafting a QB... so yeah I'd say he is cool and can roll with it. Isn't that what he did last year?

Despite the so called "sources" last year, he never came out and said anything about wanting a trade. Considering the circumstances he handled himself quite well, and he was publically applauded in the media for the way he handled things as well.

The thing I want to know is how long will this last. It's all well and good now, even necessary, however what about 3 or 4 years from now when the honeymoon period wears down? Was Shanahan able to get this kind of compliance to his offseason workout program like this throughout his time in Denver?

Winning gets you compliance, he wins and they will show up with bells on.

Still it's a very different dynamic then last year. You have to wonder how Jason is handling all this. Last year he seemed to have more of an outlet to voice his frustration (though he did so very sparingly), at least the second time around with Sanchez. This time around he's practically forced to watch as the Redskins inquire about every available QB and he knows if he says anything he's as good as gone. Last year he ironically had a lot more leverage despite putting up much less in terms of stats.

he may have some fear but that could be a good thing. he may not truly know what the new coaching staff plans to do.

but i would say he would have had more fear if vinny was still in charge, cuz i'm pretty sure vinny would have already cut or traded campbell.
