Based on this article wouldn't suprise me if he went back to cinci for the minimum seattle has to pay the rest.

Cincy has nowhere for him.. Ocho, T.O. and Shipley are locked into the top 3 spots, he's not going to be a #4 WR.

It will probably be between us and Minnesota.. He's better than any WR on our team other than Moss so I'd be 100% behind him coming to DC.
