This were fine from 2005 until Aug of 2009. This guy posted a thread about how John Riggins was garbage, and trashed him and blah blah blah. He was a massive Portis homer, and i think that was part to blame. I called the guy a troll, and couldnt believe that he would trash a redskin legend HOF. They banned me for 1 week.

I came back in September and went without incident, until the whole issue started on whether or not extremeskins was censored. I posted how i felt that the board was censored, but not in the way they were making it out to be. Basically saying that the Mods controlled the opinions on the board, and that threads they didn't like were always locked or deleted (100% factual)

I didn't get banned, but the mods went all crazy and stuff and basically told people that if they didn't like how the site was ran, they could go F theirselves and all this stuff. another guy spoke up and said that he thought how they were talking to people was wrong, and Jumbo (one of the owners i guess?) locked the thread and said that they can treat people however they want whenever they want, to just deal with it. Also in this thread, Jumbo made a racist reference to another poster, where he said "with questions like that, it's no wonder people hang them from trees".

(Late October 2009) The final incident: Somebody posted about censorship again (re-occuring theme, no?), and i wrote in again and said that it seemed like posts that were unpopular were always closed down, and the general feeling among members was that people were scared to post, in fear of being banned or flamed (also 100% true). I also said that looking back in hindsight, are the owners of the thread still glad that they merged in 2005 with the Redskins. I wasn't being ignorant, it's just that things were much better way back then when the redskins didn't control the board....I guess they had enough and banned me for life. Jumbo told me i was too stupid to post there and that anbody who agreed with me would be banned too. He started at me through private messages, saying a bunch of stuff, calling me a punk, disrespecting service members by calling us trained rapists, and then trashed my boxrec record.

I lost it and told him i knew where he worked (which is true, but i wont reveal), and would meet him any time he wanted, so he could see how much i sucked. I promised him that even if he should somehow win, it wouldnt be my intention to simply knock him out, but that i would try to inflict lasting and permanent injury on him...i was banned for life.

the challenge still stands, and his comments are not forgotten. Plus i have about 20 vets from ES that would have my back....
I think I remember some of this but some of your info is new to me. Just a friendly note.... be extremely careful with making any type of threats via computer. I'm not trying to be a jerk but just concerned for you. It's not how you put it out there or how you meant to say it.... it's whether the receiving party felt threatened by what was said or so thats Virginia law. If he worked or lived in VA the all he would have to do is notify the police, they would track your IP address and find out who you were, and get charges against you. It doesn't matter where you live, you could live in California but if the victim lives in VA it can be reported in VA. The charges are felonies.
LIS > Code of Virginia > 18.2-60

Quote:
A. 1. Any person who knowingly communicates, in a writing, including an electronically transmitted communication producing a visual or electronic message, a threat to kill or do bodily injury to a person, regarding that person or any member of his family, and the threat places such person in reasonable apprehension of death or bodily injury to himself or his family member, is guilty of a Class 6 felony. However, any person who violates this subsection with the intent to commit an act of terrorism as defined in § 18.2-46.4 is guilty of a Class 5 felony.
Again only looking out for your best interest even though there are times I would like to tell people what I would like to do to them also.
