The better question is, would we rather continue developing Armstrong, leaning on Moss (Santana) for however long we have him and improving our depth through the draft or renting Moss for a year with all his known issues? Would Randy Moss help? Undoubtedly, but is he worth all the additional baggage? Not for me, but that's just my 2 cents
Like I said before, RM catches the balls Galloway missed. I think we win at least one more game with him, and over the next 8 games, that would mean a 9-7 record versus and 8-8. I think it's likely that RM opens the field up a lot more than AA or Santana does, and that benefits Cooley, Davis, even the line because fewer blitzes are likely (or we will burn more teams when they send the blitz). I think we have a good shot at him if we put a waiver claim in.
