I think we screwed up when we fired Norv, I have always said that. The guy can coach and always has a top offense.

At this pace getting rid of old players and acquiring young ones, rebuilding the lines, getting a QB, WR's, a RB are #1 priority. Our current roster is in need of updating, it would be nice. Only problem is, you would need to get rid of Shanahan who is a WCO and that ain't happening and he is committed to the 3-4. We know how stubborn he is.
