* Ryan Mallet - Don't know if he fit's Shanny's offense, but huge arm to make all of the throws and, really, Schaub & Elway didn't run around much.

* Jake Locker - Most suited to Shanny's optimal system QB. I'm thinking Jake Plummer with a stronger arm & 4.4/4.5 speed (Have you all seen him out run safeties?)... but it seems as though he has Grossman's decision-making.

As of this moment, we would pick 9th behind SF & Dallas... but I think San Fran will beat either STL or Arizona and I think Dallas will beat Arizona tomorrow night... moving them each behind us.

Most likely Luck & Newton will be gone by our pick (my wild guess is Luck to Arizona & Newton to Cincy)... I truly think Jake Locker will be on our roster next year, but sit behind Sexy Rexy... that was what I voted.

.
The main differences between Locker and Newton are that Locker not only played in a pro style offense but he also started games every year for the four years he played at Washington. Apparently one of the biggest indicators of success for QB's at the next level is the number of starts a QB is able to gather during their college career. Newton is not only coming out early (a quality that seems to hurt most QB's) but he only has one year of playing experience. Newton is going to be a bust short of playing for Andy Reid.
