It's their job to get it right and not screw it up. There really wasn't much upside to the McNabb deal. Jamaal Brown was probably a good trade at the time, but that didn't work out. There was upside, just didn't pan out.

Carriker was a very good trade for us.

Belicheck has also been with the organization and has a stable gameplan and framework which works well for the franchise. Shanny and Allen haven't been afforded that length of time to get to know the personnel that well and get an established system in place. You are comparing apples to rice-a-roni. Not even apples to oranges. Rice-a-roni.
