Fact: Great QBs just don't become great coaches, for whatever reason.
PEOPLE SKILLS are the most important aspect of being "the guy at the top".

Also he helped Sean Payton design the offense in New Orleans so at the very least he can say that he studied under one of the best offensive minds in the game. Also tried to look at journeyman QB's/Backup QB's but I can't really see anyone that stands out as a potential future coach. The last generation actually has quite a few with Garret, Harbraugh, Payton, and Kubiack. Only one I can see now though might be Brunell and I feel like thats a reach on my part.
