JG or GM?

I completly agree with you. Look at all the coaches who tried to be GM and a coach. They failed miserably. gibbs should concentrate on one thing whether it be coaching or GM. Seeing his draft his year especially Campbells selection makes me worry about him as a GM though. Look at Holmgreen, Shannahan and Marty who all tried to be GM n coach but did not succeed as much as they did when they were just coaching.
I have a scenario for u. What if Gibbs becomes a Gm and Greg Williams becomes a head coach. I could see that happening down the road. don't know whether it would be a great thing or not..

He most certainly can't keep track of what's going on with the cap and I believe that we need a true GM. That idiot Cerrato should go back to working NFL game day on ESPN. Gibbs most success came when he had 2 great GM's Bethard and Casserly and this should be the structure we have now. As a 6-10 team we do not have the luxury of a QB project that might pan out in the future. We had other pressing needs.
