Uhhh, wasn't there a team recently seized by their league, because of mis- management? The Dodgers ranked ahead of the Skins?

The Lions, Bengals, Clippers, Pirates, Royals and Cubs are all worse franchises than the Redskins. Having said that, the Redskins have to be in the bottom 25% of that ranking of 122 franchises.
