Re: Redskins Trade Jeremy Jarmon

Rediculous...Gaffney is so ordinary. Would rather have had a 7th round pick...

Re: Redskins Trade Jeremy Jarmon

I just want to know how many receivers they're planning on keeping, considering they haven't yet closed the book on Edwards or Rice yet. If it's six, we're already cutting players we've acquired today. If it's five, oh boy.

Yeah I'd love to see Banks make the team, but it looks like he's going to have to do more than just punt returns if he wants a shot.

Re: Redskins Trade Jeremy Jarmon

I get the feeling at least a couple of WR will be cut this weekend, just my feeling. Banks and Kelly probably should be the most concerned, but perhaps even Robinson and Paul.

I realize there isn't much sympathy for NFL players but this to me is representative of the realities of playing in the league. Jarmon has done everything asked of him-lose weight to play LB, gain weight to play on the line, lose weight again, learn this position, learn that position, all while rehabbing from a major injury...only to be sent packing just weeks away from the start of the season. And if he had kids in school, the start of the school year.

I wish Jarmon well

I like the Donte move, I don't understand this one

Can't wait to see our 6 WR formation with Moss, Hankerson, AA, Hankerson, Stallworth, and Gaffney or Kelly. Followed by the inevitable sack/fumble.

Re: Redskins Trade Jeremy Jarmon

He's a better WR than some of you give him credit for...a great player as our 4th WR, which he seems to be at this point, behind Moss, Armstrong, Hankerson.

If we get Edwards, our depth chart will be messy...who to keep? Some good young WRs will be sacrificed: Banks, Austin, Paul.

I really do not see Stallworth making the team now. It was iffy before but unless he explodes in the preseason...no chance.

WTF meter activated.

Although my WTF meter has been going off quite a bit this year so I'm not so sure.

Maybe it needs a calibration

Re: Redskins Trade Jeremy Jarmon

We better not sign Braylon. Overpaying for some bum who can't catch is not going to help us.

I wonder if Tampa fans thought the same thing. Allen completely remodeled their roster too, but it worked. I guess we should trust him. (and Shanahan)

It's not like a completely football-illiterate buffoon like Vinny is making these moves, they are proven winners.

How is that washed up?
