Someone said that he was glad Jenkins signed elsewhere because when he was talking with the Skins it was "only about the money". Given the Skins' reputation around the league and their on field sucesses over the last 10 years, everyone who negotiates with the Skins is doing it "only about the money". It is going to take a while to change that image - - and it is going to take a string of winning seasons using a different philosophy to make the change.
