Having lived in Russell Wilson's hometown and having followed him, I have to disagree. He is accurate, makes good decisions, and honestly what they heck difference does an inch and half or less make. People say Brees isn't really 6'0". If he has been able to perform at the level he has been I see no reason why he can not do it at the next level given the experience of shorter QB's like Brees, Doug Flutie, etc.

He's been below a 60% completion percentage passer for most of his career. He threw 3 INTs against ECU in 2010, and they had the worst ranked defense in division I.

This throw seems like a "good decision" maker to you?

1. How many quarterback haven't had a bad game with multiple INT's?

2. How in the HELL is Russell Wilson's fault that they have the worst ranked defense? He's a QUARTERBACK.

3. It is preposterous that you say he had a bad throw, or a 3 INT game, so he sucks. Ever quarterback makes mistakes. NC State sucks.

Did he suck at Wisconsin this year???? No.
Is Sam Bradford really good? Yes.
Did he suck this year because his team is garbage and he had zero weapons to help him out? Yes.

Your argument has no logic, it simply pulls out single negative aspects of his game. Every player has those. Even Brady, Brees, Manning and Rodgers. You failed to mention that in his rookie year with a 55% completion percentage he went 17-1 TD to INT ratio. I'd say that's okay. Over 3000 yards Sophomore through Senior season. Look at what he does when you put him on a good team. OVER 70% Completion percentage! That's Brees and Rodgers numbers right there.

SEASON----CMP---ATT---YDS---CMP%---TD---INT------RAT
2011--------225---309---3175---72.8-----33-----4------191.8
2010--------308---527---3563---58.4-----28-----14-----127.5
2009--------224---378---3027---59.3-----31-----11-----147.8
2008--------150---275---1955---54.5-----17-----1------133.9

Against the worst ranked defense? Not many.

Reread what I said. I wasn't talking about NC State's defense. I said he threw 3 INTS against ECU, and they (ECU) had the worst ranking defense in the NCAA that year. Throwing 3 INTs against Va Tech might be one thing, throwing 3 INTs against ECU is another.

I didn't say he sucks. I said I didn't see him producing at the next level. Of course every QB makes a mistake, but good ones don't throw 3 INTs against a really really bad defense.

Okay, I did misread that. But even still, ECU has VT's number and has beat them several times. Some teams/schemes just match up well even if they are not good. You can't tell me that because a team/player lost to a bad team that means that team/player is bad. Or that you shouldn't take a look at them in the draft because of one performance.

Drew Brees had 269 YDS, 1 TD, 2 INT in their loss to the ST. LOUIS RAMS!!!
Drew Brees had 383 YDS, 1 TD, 3 INT in their loss to the Tampa Bay Bucs!!!
Does that mean Brees or the Saints are bad. No it doesn't.

My point is this. You can't take one bad game by one bad team as an indicator of a player's entire work. Any team can beat any other team on any given Sunday, Saturday, Friday, Monday (or during parts of the regular season, Thursday)

Wilson seemed to make big strides at Wisconsin. He has upside and that's what you have to look at. Not one game in 2010. He's not a 1st or 2nd rounder but if he's there 4th or 5th round then that's good value. He's only going to improve with more coaching.
