I actually think he'd be better off under center in an offense thats generally 55% run 45% pass. Using him off the bootleg is not only going to take advantage of his mobility but as I've been stressing for a while now, open up cut-back lanes for the backs as backside contain is going to be delayed figuring out if we're handing off or running a bootleg.

Either way it's hard to get a running game going in the NFL off the shotgun. I mean I'm not opposed to using it but I'm picturing an offense with a lot of movement and I think our under center formations do a better job of that.
