This was my thought exactly. We can wait all the way till the end of preaseason and then cut him if a trade is not available. The Bears got a great deal last year for a player very similar to Gardner (Booker)

Matty don't you think this would be a wise tact to take? Its not Madden style just typical Snyder style. Its a business.
