Gaffney is not even under contract, correct? I mean is he technical still on the team?
I know online internet rosters haven't been updated much since the end of the season, so you can't go by any of those.

that is true, he is waiting to be reelected by the fans, he just needs majority. contracts can void themselves if not properly maintained, it looks like that may have happened in this case
