Answered my own question...panthers, skins game will be hosted on the NFL network...
Long and short of it...if not televised nationally as listed on this site (only preseason games): http://www.nfl.com/schedules/tv/national Then Nfl network should televise the game. panthers, skins will be on at 4pm EST on Monday August 15. Delayed, yes I know but if you are a true fan it doesn't matter! Tivo here I come!
