The one thing about Gibbs is that he would have young QBs sit while a veteran started the whole season. He did it with Mark Rypien, Stan Humpries, Jay Schroeder, and with Jason Campbell. I'm not even sure if Gibbs would have drafted RG3 as he's never taken a QB higher than 25th overall in a NFL draft.

But since today's NFL is different than the one during his first tenure perhaps Gibbs would have drafted RG3 and started him right away.

Not to mention that those other qb's didnt exactly show that they were ready to play as soon as RG-3. I mean we did not have Joe Montana starting already but they werent Steve Young either.
