Pierre needs to get on with surgery if it's pain all the time. He may have been back already if he had surgery and the pain probably gone. Torn ligament should be fixed as best as possible as quick as possible. Not having surgery when he can make tons in the NFL as well as fix it is a decision that will probably be done but should have already been done. We need help from our receivers not this. If you read the entire article it said that the surgery might not even help and my guess would be if the chances it would help were high he would have had it operated on.
