Bummer! That's his second one, he had his 1st one in the 80's. The company I worked for back then saved his life, they injected him with our miracle drug (TPA) in the emergency room. They most likely served him the alcohol since they were the same people to let him thru the gate. They are responsible for him at that point. That will be the argument. But, lets wait and see. I could be wrong...

Most (if not all) people do most of their drinking long before the game even begins.
