But Robinson fumbled a few times on punt returns in the 2011 preseason and it landed him on the practice squad.

I like Paul on kickoff returns, but you're probably right about Robinson being a better option. I want to see Robinson get more chances in the offense too after he made big plays against Philly and Dallas.
