Kyle is not going anywhere, Think about it... What the heck can he do without RG3? Lets not lose perspective here. Kyle has a great thing going for him with Redskins, he is able to get as creative as he wants to with a QB that can just about do anything he draws up.

Best thing he can do is sit and win a few seasons, build a solid winning resume before he even considers moving on. It would be a very foolish move for him to go any time soon.

Furthermore, there is a very good possibility he inherits the Redskins HC job in the very near future which most likely will include RG3/Morris. These HC's that have lost their jobs would kill to coach the Skins. Kyle has to look at the big picture here...
