Joe, I know you were being playful, but to answer your question:
I live here because: 1) I enjoy regularly wearing shorts and t-shirts in January 2) Work. There are not many positions like mine in the entire country, so it is not easy to just move somewhere else. And I have created some new programs here which I would like to nurture.
