So true. But, i will tell you what i tell everyone- I choose not to post smilies for new welcomes till next week.

EDIT. I have just noticed i put a one to two week mourning period and i guess the first week went by so fast i did not notice that i am in the time period in which i can post welcomes. Be on the lookout.
