I agree, Id rather have a 3 way tie in the NFC East at 1-1 (with the Cowboys at 0-2 of course!) than the $#&%ing Eagles sitting on top at 2-0...

Re: Eagles or Giants?

well, we need to beat the cowboys, and have the Giants win, so that there's a 3 way tie for first at 1-1...

this should be a good game, with the Giants coming of a game they could have won, and the Eagles looking like they did Pre-TO. I'll take the Eagles at home though...

Yeah, but McNabb has been money the last 3 years (even last year he put up serious points in the games he played). Plus, it's fantasy - you take what you can get, not who you like.

Re: Eagles or Giants?

Going 2 down to a division foe could be tough with a Eagles win and a Skins loss. I am pulling for the Gmen so things are even up with a win/win and only a game back with a loss.

Yup, I want the Giants to win too. Not only that, I hate them substantially less than I hate the Cowboys or Eagles.

I agree with that - I despise the Egirls far more than any other team out there. Actually, I despise Egirls fans far more than any others, but I despise the Cowgirls team the most.

That said, I will reiterate that McNabb needs 300+ yards and 2+ TDs in the loss.

Damn - I should start handicapping this stuff!

That sums up my take on the game. Pretty much a no-brainer to me.

Re: Eagles or Giants?

tmc, right on the money as usual. all redskin fans should be cheering for the giants this weekend. the eagles have a very soft schedule and could go 5-1 if they win this game

Re: Eagles or Giants?

We don't want any part of the Eagles getting on a roll, no matter how soft the schedule gets. Our team is 100% proof of how you can dominate when you get on a roll. It all started with the Rams and snowballed from there. The same thing happens with any team, and that's what momentum is all about.

Speaking of momentum, it's time to start building some Sunday night.

Re: Eagles or Giants?

I'd like to see the Giants take this one to even things out in our division but I give Philly the home field advantage.

Re: Eagles or Giants?

if we're 1-1 and the eagles are 1-1, that means we could get on top in week 3. so i'd rather the gnomes win, even though i've picked against them.
