This weekend I am cooking 20 pork butts and 150 Brats, Beans and Cole Slaw.
150 Brats has got to get me in as Sausage King. June 16th I'll be cooking for 350 people in a DC Marina. Besides all the sides I will cook 300lbs of pork butts and like 112 Racks of Ribs. I'll see yer cooking and raise you some. lol Gotta love massive amounts of fired meats! peace
