Collins for his unexpected night's work. Second place goes to Saunders, for calling first downs passes in the fourth quarter with a lead. The last thing anyone expected given our recent history.

Springs, he ended a Bears drive before halftime, turned the game around and gave Collins a short field to get his first TD. Then he had ANOTHER pick.

Collins had a lot of time to throw, he was good, not not spectacular, he just got the job done. I'd give the gameball to the o-line if they had been able to protect Campbell that well.

Collins. Coming off the bench cold is so hard to do. He knew where to go with the ball. He makes decisions faster than JC. But his arm is as weak as I've even seen in the NFL.

Not sure if he's as bad as Wuerffel or Pennington but he might be in the discussion.

Plus we're used to seeing Campbell who has a live arm.

Collins. First game in a long time that we didn't choke in the end.

Collins without a doubt. Sure, they're ALL NFL QBs and you'd think they could step in and lead a team, but MAN he led it with authority. OK, I have to bring it up, Campbell versus Collins?

I keed, I keed.

Collins in a landslide. For someone who hadn't been on the field all year, he looked comfortable in the pocket. I'm sure the Giants will blitz the hell out of us next Sunday and try to rattle him. We must rattle Eli in return.

Re: Redskins v Bears game ball

Evryone has had the same gameplan for weeks now. Stop Portis and make Campbell beat you through the air. In spite of all Campbell's progress, he hasn't been able to work things consistently inside the 20's and therefore we have been losing by the painfully smallest amounts. The difference in the game was that Collins beat Chicago through the air. His throws were timed perfectly. I was very impressed. and... I do expect the Giants to pressure the heck out of him. I'm glad we have an extra 4 days to rest and prepare for this game.

Collins gets the game all without question.

Lets hope he gets it next week too!

Without a question in my mind, Collins. Solid performance.

Also, let me say that I would also give a piece of that ball to GW for having some cojones and BLITZING a little bit.

It might be premature to say, but Landry looks like the best blitzer in the NFL. Seriously, he ALWAYS lays at least a hit on the QB.

Landry is a great blitzer. If we're smart, they'll put him Eli's face all day long.

Without a doubt. With a nice break to get everyone fully healthy, our DEFENSE should at least be able to do something with the Giants.

Al Saunders for calling a game that made the offense look balanced for a change. It was nice to see the ball being spread around.

Maybe he really isnt comfortable with JC yet.If he is still here next year I'm sure he and Cambell will open it the hell up.

Let's not leave out Gregg Williams either. The D was very aggressive last night, we haven't seen that much blitzing since the Jets game. Plus they've given up 1 TD in how many quarters now? 12 or something like that? Hats off to GW.

But here's the thing that just kills me about GW, he'll call a great game one week, and watch, the very next week against Eli he'll play some soft ass deep zone defense.
