I'm not dead but this team is dead to me...but now that McCloughan is here they may have new life!

Jay Gruden = Zorny McSpurrier
Kirk Cousins = Next Grossman

Can someone explain to me why he was so good in San Fran but sucks here. I don't know but when he was on the field it was like JC doesn't look for him, but it is shitty that he missed the meeting

He was never all that to start with.

His best season was 48 catches for 733 yards.

That's not much to get excited over.

Big surprise.

I'd like to go ahead and be that jerk who sings his own praises, and calls out all the Brandon Lloyd supporters in the process.

TMC, 12th Man, you guys were all up on the Brandon Lloyd is going to turn it around train. I was all up on the "he is going to be a locker room problem" train. Booyakasha.

Yeah.

I wish I knew what his high school stats were like, because he hasn't done jack shit at a lever higher than than.

This was probably the worst personnel move of the last ten years anywhere in the league. The Duckett trade might be number two. And I'm guessing we can find three Matt Millen (Charles Rogers, Mike Williams, Joey Harrington...there ya go) moves to round out the top 5.

Actually he was a very good wr at Ill. I remember him being a top wr in the big 10. But he sure sucks now.

Wasn't he overshadowed by the incomprable Greg Lewis?

I think his freshman receiving record at Illinois was broken just the other day wasn't it?

Anyway, count me as those who thought he would be bounce back this year and be a serviceable #3 behind Moss and El.

By the way, where all those who said his lack of success was due to Brunell's ability to find him?

Those are the same people who insist Patrick Ramsey failed here because Spurrier never gave him enough protection and Gibbs never gave him a fair shot.

In the end, the player just didn't get it done.

Hahaha....so funny, I just happen to be scrolling this thread. When did I say Lloyd was going to turn it around? I'm sure I did, it's funny to have people call you out on something!

Re: Lloyd doesn't make trip to Meadowlands

What a waste. I don't know what this guy has done to get on the coaches do-do list but, he is there. Another embarrassment for our Front Office. We all had such high hopes for this guy. But, you know what kills me is that our offense still has no touch downs to the wide receivers. Al Suanders' play calling still leaves ALOT to be desired. Where is the alleged inovation we were promised with this guy?

Brandon Lloyd has his own website, it's ridiculous. He looks like a fag in the picture of him in a sweater in front of a new car, and then his writers workshop section. Here's the link:
Brandon Lloyd Official Website - Washington Redskins

Is this dude in love with himself or what? Even has his own music section. At least Deion could actually play football to make up for his bad music. This is just two thumbs down.

I also love how in his biography they don't even graze over the 2007 season, they just act like it doesn't exist. Which, well, it doesn't.

I mean if the guy was good, I wouldn't care if he had such a hardcore crush on himself, but considering he's so bad, this glorified website just makes him look like a douche.
