That was '05. But yeah, that was sweet. He's light on his feet and at 280+ lbs, no one can bring him down on first contact. I love how we're getting him involved and I hope we keep it up. He's one of the best players on our team.

I thought the call to Sellers on 3rd and inches was a good call. Did you expect it? Guess what, the defense did'nt either. The pass was a little high but he should have caught it.

If Campbell had gotten off a decent pass, Sellers would have caught it with no problem. I like Zorn on that particular call because he isn't predictable. Remember when we used to lose every close game, but this season we're winning most of them? Starting with Norv and on up until Zorn, we could dominate a game but lose it on a stupid play. Even Joe Gibbs looked lost on Sundays, and I'm a big Joe Gibbs fan. Zorn knows what's going on and has us winning.

I guess hitting him in the hands wasn't good enough?

Yeah it wasn't picture perfect, but that's a throw he has to catch. You can't put that on Campbell.

From Zorn's point of view - Why not put it in Sellers hands he had caught everything thrown his way, he has decent hands and scored our only touchdown last week against Dallas. Again, if it works great call, and the timing was good too, cuz everyone had sold out to stopping Portis.

If you only have a couple inches to go, predictability shouldn't be an issue. If the defense knows you're running, and you still can't get a few inches, then you've got a problem. Considering we abused them all day long running the football, we should have just continued with it and run it again for the 1st. Instead, we decide to put the success of the play into the hands of our worst receiver. Dumb.

Sellers is not a bad receiver, maybe our worst, but he certainly has his share of TD's and receptions. Maybe GTripp or some other StatMeister could tell us how many drops Sellers has, but I really doubt it is a high percentage of what is thrown at him. And I can't think of any since Zorn started using him.

I didn't mind the call. It was open, we just didn't execute it. He should have caught it.

If we had ran down the middle and gotten stuffed then people would be crying for some other play.

.
and I think its safe to say that if JZ then had gone for it on 4th and somehow gotten stuffed, the questions would be Why not kick the field goal. I truthfully do not envy a head coach's job!

I totally agree with the call, Sellers was wide open and should have made the catch! I would hope that in the future other teams will bite on the Sellers fake, and throw it to Cooley, he needs some TDs

we won the game against a seattle team that has had our number the past couple of years but they suck this year.We can beat the giants next week but we will need some turnovers by eli and a solid game from cambell

Seriously, I wasn't satisfied with the Seattle win because it was close. Every other good team was slaughtering the Seahawks and we barely got by. We're not knocking down passes like we were, and Rogers has reverted to his old self by playing too far off of wideouts he's defending against.
