Last person I want as a playcaller for my health is Zorn. "Doctor Zorn I think my left ankle is broken." "Ok, to fix that we'll have to operate on your right arm 3 times."

An injury to Cooley should not be the catalyst for getting Mitchell on the field. Mitchell should have been activated from day 1. It's funny Vinny actually makes a good draft pick and we have him dress in street clothes for the game.

Part of me feels sorry for Zorn with the way he's being treated but when stuff like this happens I start to loose sympathy.

Zorn says it's not certain he'll be out for the year.

I think it's 6-8 weeks but he'll probably end up being out the whole year. What did Zorn say exactly?

I heard him say it in the post-game presser on MASN. Just said he's not sure it's an 'out for the year' type injury. Like you said, could be 8 weeks, just in time for him to be back for the ... playoffs.

We out gained them, We also had 21 first downs to their 11. And we won time of possession. that's probably why this loss didn't feel quite as bad.

alot of that was JUNK yardage, we are a joke on offense, its a shame that this D has to put up with this shit.. If dallas had our d, they would be a 12 win team

It just goes to show whoever is making these GM type decisions is a clown.

Fred Davis looked liked Cooley.

That's awesome. Like we really need two Cooley's?

Re: Cooley Out for the YEAR!!

who cares?? I mean honestly, the season is a waste, I feel for Cooley because now he is going to have to rehab that but it might be merciful to let him sit out and not have to participate in this horrible team...
Also, giving Davis some more responsibility and game experience might be a good idea because he seems like a solid young building block whom it might be advisable to keep around through the upcoming rebuilding.
