Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions

Our team was considerably worse on offense, yet Kyle was able to draw up schemes which took advantage and put us in a position to win, and did it with a qb who was fairly one dimensional, and this OLine. We have apparently added a qb that has more than one dimension in a game, and kept our running game solid. So, we conceivably should do as well or better on offense. Our defense was able to hold the Giants in check, and again, they have not really done much to upgrade, they simply are playing at a high level. It is reasonable to look at last year, and say that we seem to know how to scheme the defense to stop them, so it comes down to execution. Ultimately, this is a new year, but I would say that knowing we beat them 2 times last year at the least keeps our team from thinking they are invincible (like when they beat us several years in a row), and with the new found belief that Griffin can bring us back or put us in a position to win any game, our team will be able to play with a full cup of confidence. That's what last year's games do. (and besides Grossman can tell Griffin all week the secrets to beating them ![]() |

Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions
I think we should make Cousins inactive and have Grossman on hand as the backup. He seems to have the Giants' number. I'm being completely serious.

Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions
Since weve won games Ive predicted us to lose and lost when Id thought we win Im gonna stick with the trend and say we lose.
Giants probably underestimated us last yr with Grossman{or as I heard Mortensen call him,RG3 and out} Giants are playing at high level and are at home. They will not take us lightly this game Giants 48 Skins 35

Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions
Kinda like your reality check from last week when you predicted 31-17 Vikings? How laughable was that?

Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions
Defense continues to improve and we win the shootout, 38-30.

I think most are just hoping and stretching the matter. It'd be a big upset IMO if we won in NY

Unfortunately, Giants will most likely shred our D... And I would not put it past their D to take a cheap shot or two at Griff. |

Re: Skins @ Giants - Predictions
Gotta love the positive spin of being dead last in Pass Defense against the Super Bowl champs....no way we win this game....not yet guys...give RG3 10 games under his belt, and a better secondary, then we can play with the big boys.
I hope I am wrong...but this has 35-21 giants written all over it.
