They sent him to NFL Europe where broke his collarbone... Out for the season and maybe his career. |

He could be one of those backups that hardly ever plays and reaps the benefits of NFL paydays.

I'm torn over this. I don't know if I want Campbell or Brunell at 2. I think we need a more experienced backup...even if that means Brunell. I can't see having a kid starting and another kid as his backup. Brunell at 3 couldn't play until the 4th if things got bad, unless they didn't want to play the other 2 for the rest of the game...Anyway, I just can't justify $43 mil into the #3 QB.

We'll see mostly Ramsey and Brunell. Campbell will see some action but not much.

Brunnell will be #2--no doubt about that. We're paying him a ton, he knows the offense, Gibbs likes him, and HE'S NOT A ROOKIE. Campbell is a project. Of course he's #3. That's the proper place for him. Do you want to throw him in there too soon and get another Ramsey-type situation? Let the kid learn.
