he was and he made a big mistake by not fair catching the ball.
It was obvious, based on the ball's trajectory it would stop short of the endzone. Good thing was CP and the line did their job to help us recover from the 2 yard line.

Rock is a steady kickoff returner. He is not a speed guy. He gets a head of steam and can roll with it. A punter returner needs to be quick and light and have a fast takeoff (See Randle El 6 years ago). I think a change is eminent. I think we see what Hall is all about. We are paying him next to nothing this year, so I think we give it a shot before he makes the big bucks when we re-sign him next year.
