It's funny. I never really hear that from him. Used to hear it all the time from Doc Walker

Here is another trend to monitor:

When Doc Walker goes crazy over some athlete signing to come to DC - - does not matter the sport - - the guy will be an underachiever. Some of the "ballers" he has gone orgasmic about include:
Haynesworth - - and how he was going to make the Skins OL dominant like the Hogs because they would have to face him in practice every day. How's that for insight?

Juwann Howard (Wizards): Doc helped organize a rally outside the Wizards' office to sign Howard to a $105M deal.

Jaromir Jagr (Caps): He was Wayne Gretzky and Gordie Howe rolled into one.

Deion Sanders: Now the Skins' secondary would only have to defend half the field so imagine how many "pick Sixes" there would be...

Devin Thomas: If the Skins would only call the "9-route" for him (straight fly pattern), the whole league would take notice and defensive coordinators would have to adjust their thinking every time the Skins were on the schedule.
Fans love Doc because he tells them what they want to hear. Often, what they want to hear and reality have not much in common.

I agree 100%...Doc and that whole show is pretty much unlistenable. Sheehan & Lovero is the only good show on 980.

I can't argue with that really. And I am just going by the 15 minutes of pure hate coming from B Mitch that made me want to turn of the "radio."

Its been almost 7 years since I lived in VA and I will agree the Junkies were jerks then too, but my radio was on them stuck in rush hour because it was less painful than what else was on in there time spot.

Now I live in a town with one radio station and it is country. Thankfully my commute is only 5 minutes. Not many people buying software at 6am so I need something to fill in the void.

And thanks for the info on the other two guys! Gonna try and catch their show now if I can.

haha when I left I think they just came back from HFS and took Howard Sterns spot. So I think it was them or Elliot and I can only take his laugh for so long. There was another show I think was fairly new but I cannot remember who it was. 2 dudes and a girl that was ok.

But back to your normally scheduled program...

Yep -- I'm a big fan of those guys. I encourage everybody to listen online to their "Sports Fix" show. Weekdays 11-2. Great show.

Love Sheehan! Easily the best DC area radio guy.

Re: Redskins Hatters In The Media

plenty of reasons fans could hate on DS. recently it seems DS has done the right thing. Honestly, i dont see any DS hate in the threads lately, not near what it used to be.

i hate the guy, downright hate him. big deal. thats my opinion. yours, mine . .doesnt really matter and since hes stepped out theres no real reason to bring him up unless its to analogizes to years previous.

I dont think any fans opinion of DS is right or wrong. plenty of reasons for both sides.
