I think you underestimate Wade Phillips, he is really good at utilizing players to their strengths.

This may get interesting, can the Saints pay Brees 30M a year? Would Brees take a home town discount deal?

He would take a bit of a discount, but I bet if the vikings offered him 3/91 he would take it. (I think they would be better off doing that and seeing how Bridgewater heals)
