Re: Thank Goodness We DON'T Have Tom Brady
Family should always come before a job. The guy has his Lombardi, etc. so some slack can be given there as well. If AH had some family issues such as Brady, nobody would be making jack about him missing the minicamps. Well at least I wouldn't. The only real beef I have with him missing these voluntary camps is the fact that there is a new coach and regime in town with a new system. My analogy is akin to those classes in college where the professor held a study session a couple nights before for the big exam. It helped you get a heads up for the "big one". I think the minicamps serve the same purpose. IF AH has to play NG or has a role in a hybrid version, don't you think it would be in his best interest to check it out?

I guess people don't realize this whole thread was a bit of a joke. This reminds me of the April's Fool thread. LOL.

Re: Thank Goodness We DON'T Have Tom Brady
Excusing Brady's absence because he has a ring and thus deserves to spend more time with his family necessarily implies that those do not have a ring should spend more time on football and less on their family.

Re: Thank Goodness We DON'T Have Tom Brady
No Redskins fan can criticize Brady. When we played him last he dropped 52 on us. You can hate all you want, he has won 3 Super Bowls since we have won anything worth a damn.
To say he should be cut is pretty foolish. |

I'm not even sure anyone here is even really criticizing him

Sure, he's missing the invaluable offseason training to be with his family, but then trashing his own team... For someone that threw 4 interceptions to lose the playoff game last year - he's not endearing himself to his teammates... |
