He seems to be moving around ok.

His knee just gave out, it happens when you don't have 100% support in the ligaments. I think it looked worse than it really was.

Hopefully not. That'd be bad. I'm hoping that since he can walk on it, it won't require surgery. But watching that knee twist around was nasty.

If his ACL is torn, which I think it is, I want RGIII to hang out with Adrian Peterson all off season. We can now close down the Cousins getting traded discussion, won't happen, can't happen. Glad we picked him.

I'm not ready to fire Shanny or blame him 100% for this loss though. Only way we were probably going to win was with a healthy RG3.
I thought u accused NC of trolling. Lol. Not saying fire the man - maybe just a smack in the head and a "didnt u draft KC for this reason? Thats all.

Re: Skins hawks game day thread

After winning seven straight, and sweeping the Cowboys, I refuse to get down on this team. Yeah today sucked, but it was obvious by mid 3rd quarter we were not going to win this game since the offense could not perform with its usual efficiency. Right now, yeah, I'm as pissed as any other Redskins fan, of course being a husband and a dad, I can't rant like a lunatic as when I was in my twenties. Anyhow, the team accomplished great things this season and if we can keep our critical core of Alfred Morris, Pierre Garcon, and Robert Griffen III healthy on offence then this team is going to be a force to be reckoned with in the NFC East.

Re: Skins hawks game day thread

So was it really the hit near the goaline that hurt RG3?

Re: Skins hawks game day thread

This loss comes down on Shanny's shoulders in a large part. That last run by Robert that netted a first down in the 3rd quarter where he limped the whole way, should have told Shanny to pull the plug on him and at least try Cousins. Robert wasn't in a position to win the game and why risk the future of your franchise. You can give the Seahawks their due, they are huge, and very physical, but you can't win when your own coach puts on the brakes by leaving in a virtual cripple. Also, what was with Montgomery and all those low snaps? That low snap is what did in Robert, but he shouldn't have been in past the first series of the second half.

I didn't accuse you of trolling. I wasn't sure if you were serious or ****ing with us so I asked you.
